We collect basic analytics to know what's useful. We use Resend to send you newsletter emails if you subscribe. We use affiliate links and we're honest about it. We don't sell your data or claim to have tested tools we haven't. That's it.
What We Collect
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use zAIa — which pages get traffic, how long people spend reading, what links they click. This helps us know what content is actually useful.
Google Analytics collects:
- Your IP address (anonymized)
- Browser type and device
- Pages you visit and time spent
- Referral source (where you came from)
- General location (country/region level)
We do not track you across other websites. Analytics data is used only to improve zAIa.
Email & Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter via Resend, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your name (optional)
- Subscription date and preferences
We use this only to send you the content you asked for. We do not sell your email to anyone. You can unsubscribe anytime — every email has an unsubscribe link.
Affiliate Links
zAIa uses affiliate links to generate revenue. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the tool provider may track that click and purchase. This helps them attribute sales to zAIa.
What this means:
- Affiliate tracking is handled by each tool provider (Stripe, Amazon Associates, etc.)
- We disclose every affiliate relationship clearly on the page
- We use
rel="sponsored nofollow"tags on all affiliate links - Our recommendations are based on research and honest assessment — never on commission size
- We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely worth your consideration
We never claim to have personally tested a tool unless we actually have. If you want to know how we know what we know about a specific tool, ask — we'll tell you.
Google Ads (Coming Soon)
In the future, we plan to use Google Ads for display advertising. When that happens, Google will collect cookie data for ad targeting, browsing behavior across Google's network, and general demographic info. We will update this policy and add a cookie banner before Google Ads goes live.
How We Use Your Data
- Analytics — To understand what content is useful and improve the site
- Email — To send you newsletter content you subscribed to
- Affiliate data — To track which recommendations drive sales (required by affiliate networks)
- Future ads — To serve relevant ads and measure ad performance
We do not:
- Sell your data to anyone
- Use analytics to track you across other websites
- Share your email with third parties (except Resend, which processes it)
- Make personalized recommendations based on your browsing history

- Delete — You can ask us to delete your email and personal data (except where legally required to keep records)
- Opt out — You can opt out of analytics tracking in your browser settings, or disable cookies

- Analytics data is stored by Google
- Email data is stored by Resend
- We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit
- We do not store sensitive data (credit cards, passwords, etc.)
- Resend and Google both follow industry-standard security practices
Third Parties
We share data only with:
- Google Analytics — analytics
- Resend — email delivery
- Affiliate networks — to track sales (required by their terms)
These companies have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you want the full picture.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes, we'll update this page and note the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted in our newsletter.
